Veteran Disability Benefits Evaluations Done Here
Thank you for your service to our country. If you are in need of a Nexus letter for the Veterans disability benefits program, Dr. Carlos Benjamin Vargas, M.D. will be able to assist you. This type of psychiatric evaluation is for Veterans who are seeking Veteran Disability Benefits. This service consists of a 3 hour evaluation with the psychiatrist and you will be provided with a Nexus letter and the completed Disability Benefits Questionnaire.
Please keep in mind these documents take anywhere from 7 – 14 business days to complete.

Please keep in mind that if you have insurance your insurance will not cover this type of evaluation. This service is self pay only. The total amount for this evaluation is $1,750. The three hour long evaluation is $1,500.00. The Nexus letter and Disability Benefits Questionnaire forms would be $250.00. If any additional documentation is needed there will be an additional fee applied.
If after your VA evaluation you wish to establish your psychiatric care with our mental health providers your insurance can be applied for those visits.
